I attended an 8 day detox retreat at Mirihoff, Natasha, Stuart and their staff are beautiful loving souls, The olive farm, the mountains and the river behind the property, such a beautiful, calm and relaxing place. The accomodation , food and amenities were excellent, the detox program was amazing, I felt great after, I have so much more energy, I lost about 4 kg, and my face and skin was glowing.

Natasha and Stuart are two of the most loving souls I know. They have guided me through very deep detoxes in the most grounded, loving and supportive way. I could not have asked for two better facilitators to have been put on my path. They are the beautiful and rare combination of the intelligence of both the mind and the heart.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mirihof, a stunning olive farm retreat in Montagu, South Africa, and it was truly an extraordinary experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the knowledgeable and friendly owners, Natasha and Stuart, as well as another fantastic facilitator, Letitia.

The retreat offered luxurious amenities, including a hot tub, sauna, and therapeutic massages, which made my stay incredibly relaxing.

The hikes through the beautiful scenery were invigorating, and the accommodation was top-notch, featuring beautiful bed linen that ensured I slept like a dream.

Not only did I lose weight and achieve beautiful, clear skin, but I also felt a profound sense of well-being that has stayed with me long after I left.

The detox program was surprisingly enjoyable and never felt like a chore, thanks to the absolutely delicious food provided.

A much needed reset for mind body and spirit .
Myself and my wife spent a week at the incredible retreat space, and it was truely transformative. The location is incredible, and the range of protocols, cleanses & detox options are really impressive.
Stuart and Natasha and amazing humans who have a passion for helping people to really heal on the deepest levels. Taking some time to reset and heal is the best investment we have made in a long time and we highly recommend this retreat. The value for money is amazing aswell.

My experience at Mirihof retreat & olive estate with the most incredible hosts – Natasha & Stuart – left me wanting to come back every year! The space is so peaceful with love embedded in every detail. I felt right at home and as if my entire nervous system completely relaxed as I entered the farm. The detox modalities provided instant relief after ongoing gut issues and the variety of experiences unlocked lessons & healing like nothing I’ve experienced before. Daily life takes its toll and setting time aside to reset was a priority for us.
Spending 5 days at Mirihof Retreat was more than we ever could of hoped for, a complete Mind • Body • Spirit cleanse and reset. The structure of the protocols and various healing modalities was beautifully organized, and the service was impeccable. Leaving this powerful place we felt energized and ready to take on the year ahead.

When I went to Mirihof, I didn’t know exactly what to expect I went there for a weeks retreat, after reading all the services they offer. I must say it was a journey that I will never forget in my life. The love and support I received there it was an outmost one. I was treated like a queen by the entire team. I didn’t even feel that I was not home, because the week went so fast. The food, venue, hospitality and humility was out of this world. I also enjoyed the company of the people were we with, it felt as if we’ve known each other before. I would like to thank Natasha, Stuart, Emma and Letitia for everything they have done for all of us. Please keep up the good work you are doing, it was amazing to be with you all. This is my second time to visit this lovely farm, I can easily say it’s like the home I never had that is so close to nature and peaceful.

The food is amazing the hosts are angels that god put on earth, I have gained my soul back after my experiences there.

We spent at Mirihof 5 fabulous days, and we already miss both our wonderful hosts Natasha and Stuart and the place itself. Our rooms were beautifully decorated, cosy and comfortable, the cuisine (also vegan if wished for) beyond amazing, all the treatments an unique experience. The very highlight thou are the hosts Natasha and Stuart and their crew. They were caring, very professional and experienced and extremely well organized. The farm is pesticides-free and offers many different veggies, apart of its main olives-based activity. We felt relaxed, cocooned, connected to the nearby mountains…
We loved Mirihof and its spirit already and plan to go there next year. Thank you Natasha and Stuart!
