Product Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all seals and packaging intact.
    • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used products cannot be returned.
    • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned.
    • Custom orders made to specific requirements are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@soulawaken.co.za to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
    • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your product.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [customer service email] and send your item to the return address provided in our return instructions.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
